Job Description :

Issime Communications, a boutique agency specializing in lifestyle, is seeking an experienced Digital & Social Media Manager to fill a full-time position. Reporting to the agency’s Founder, the role involves developing digital communication strategies and creating and managing editorial and visual content that aligns with our client’s brand DNA to increase consumer awareness and engagement.

The Manager will also be responsible for implementing content strategies based on the latest algorithms and community management to create an engaging brand experience, and boost message reach organically and through advertising.

Responsibilities :

  • Develop digital communication strategies with a focus on social communication, positioning, editorial, and visual direction.
  • Establish best practices and fan acquisition strategy recommendations for our client’s social media.
  • Contribute to the development and scheduling of content plans.
  • Ensure the quality of delivered content in both official languages.
  • Establish, recommend, and manage advertising budgets.
  • Manage digital advertising investments on various platforms (Facebook, Google AdWords, Remarketing, Programmatic).
  • Oversee digital performance tracking: tracking codes, conversion funnels, etc.
  • Analyze activity tracking, performance, and conversion rates of various campaigns; make recommendations and implement changes to achieve objectives.
  • Define KPIs and select appropriate measurement tools for each campaign.
  • Engage with communities on various social platforms.
  • Collect and compile feedback and communicate them to internal and external teams.
  • Continuously monitor industry trends to gain insights into the diverse markets of our clients.
  • Generate analytical reports, including statistics and recommendations.

Required Skills :

  • Bilingual (French-English), both oral and written.
  • University degree in digital marketing or communication.
  • Minimum of 7 to 10 years of community management experience.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Photoshop, Canva, Adobe Suite.
  • Familiarity with the MAC environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of new media and social networks (Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, TikTok, etc.).
